Thought I'd join in and put some tracks on and hopefully get some feed back.
I'll give some background on the bad. bass bandits consist of Kerry Harris, on vocals and guitar and myself, Jed, on Bass, Keyboards and programming.
Due to the distance between us, I am based in Preston, Lancashire and Kerry is in the US, shifting between New York and L.A., our writing can take quite some time. The first track, 10 Years Ago was written by Kerry and his pal Glen a few years ago, which I then added my Peter Hook influenced bass to, this has been on our myspace for just over a year now while we have been trying to get more songs written, we have a track almost complete, which I will add ASAP, but have added three other works in progress.
I recently got a message from Peter Hook saying "Bloody hell, you're not called bass bandits for nothing, it's like listening to myself" which as a massive fan I take as a compliment. I know the style is not very original and out of date, but it makes me happy to play it.
Please give feedback... cash would be nice, but feedback will do!

I've added a video of myself doing a medley of Joy Division and New Order bass lines, played live to a sequenced backing track, I know i look fed up, this was about the tenth take and I was getting a bit annoyed with myself for cocking up so much!.
