WEBSITE DOWN FOR THE SUMMER

Hello everybody.

My apologies to all the emails that came back to you.

I had to shut down my website because of all the spam that I was getting each day.

How about 400 spam emails a day to start with.

I don't know how it got out of control but I'll set my site back up in the Fall.

I let Hostbaby know that I was not Happy.

Anyways, Happy June to you.

Thanks Junkman. Will certainly check out full sail. At least I have Marcella's mixes as reference to what a full sail education combined with talent can achieve!:-)

Hope it's not too pricey though, because I'm not looking for a 101 to mixing.

Thanks, will keep you posted!

Hi?
I'm a producer engineer from Nairobi, Kenya. I'm considering going to the Recording Workshop in your very home state. Any advice you can give me in terms of choice of school? I've been mixing for the last 6 years, but my mixes have only started improving in the last 2. All I've learned is self taught. A bit of formal education would certainly go a long way in enhancing my skills.

Any advice you can give would be highly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hey, I'm proud of that hat! You're just jealous 'cos your photo is only a cap. Nice bass though.

I think the talk of StudioNet's demise is a little over-hyped. Some people will move on, new people will arrive. We the users make it what it is. And I for one will keep doing what I can, although with all the writing I do for MTM and holding down a studio job I like everyone can't devote my life to it.

Hey Daniel,

Its good to hear from you man. Yes I don't know what happened here dude, last time I enjoyed being here was when I participated in the competition and after that I got busy with work. I was doing some albums. And now its completely changed. Sad ! MTM should do something about it. I would suggest them to build their own forum based site more professional and cool where their own staff help members and answer their questions. This thing is not working any more.

Keep in touch man, send me your email address.

Take care,
Kashif

Yeah Mac is the way to go. I used Sonic Foundry and PC prior to this. Big step forward with the Mac Book. Logic is also very powerful. Again, thanks for the comments. Have a great weekend!
